Wedding “Day Of” Management


For the Bridal couple that will do the majority of work for their wedding and only need someone present the day of to ensure that everything runs smoothly.  The wedding coordinator will meet with the bridal couple and their families 4-6 weeks prior to the event so that she can familiarize herself with your plans and contracts.  On your wedding day, you can relax and enjoy yourself with family and friends knowing that a professional is handling all the details.

  • Initial Complimentary Consultation
  • Available via email and phone to answer any questions after initial consultation
  • Preparation of wedding day itinerary/schedule
  • On site meeting with reception venue director (if needed)
  • Ceremony Venue walk through prior to wedding rehearsal
  • Organize and direct wedding rehearsal
  • Distribute wedding day schedule/time line to bridal party
  • Pick up items needed for the wedding (ceremony and reception)
  • Management of the Event from beginning to end
  • One assistant for the day of the wedding - More assistant will be provided if necessary
  • Tear down team (if necessary)

Rehearsal Coordination

  • Assist officiant with rehearsal
  • Provide wedding party and family itinerary for wedding day
  • Discuss schedule and answer any questions regarding ceremony/reception
  • Instruct ushers on seating guest and other duties
  • Collect items for wedding day ( favors, programs, place cards, menus, etc.)


  • Ensure ceremony location is set-up according to diagrams and instruction
  • Ensure that personal flowers arrive on timely
  • Assist the bride in dressing
  • Make sure families are ready for pictures in a timely manner
  • Make sure the rings and ceremony items needed are with the appropriate individuals
  • Cue officiant and musicians as to the start of ceremony
  • Line up and cue the wedding party for the processional
  • Greet and assist guest to the ceremony area
  • Assist guests with special needs and direct them to reception after ceremony


  • Ensure that the reception area is set-up to receive guests
  • Set-up the reception area as per instructions
  • Ensure that musicians (if using) have appropriate equipment to perform tasks required of them
  • Communicate with banquet manager/caterer to ensure smooth event
  • Bustling of wedding gown
  • Work with musicians/DJ throughout the event to ensure the approved schedule is executed
  • Grand entrance
  • Insure that the videographer/photographer are present for all the highlights of wedding
  • Insure that all items are available for the cake cutting ceremony
  • Assist with the movement of gifts to the designated location
